We partner with over 100 local farmers, ranchers, and food producers across the Hawaiian Islands. Every product listing includes information about the specific farm or maker it came from.

What happens if I am not home during delivery?

If you aren't home, our drivers will leave your order in a shaded area at your doorstep. We highly recommend leaving a cooler out with ice packs to maintain the temperature of your perishables until you can retrieve them.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, we require a minimum order of $30 to qualify for delivery. This helps us remain sustainable while supporting our network of local logistics partners and growers.

What is your policy on product quality and returns?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if any item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours for a credit or replacement.

How do I update or cancel my order?

You can modify your order anytime before the shopping window closes for your specific delivery zone. Once the window is closed, we begin the harvest request with our farmers and can no longer accept changes.
